Public website
This static public site is designed to explain the product and link to machine-readable runtime surfaces. It should not add analytics, advertising trackers, or unnecessary third-party scripts without an explicit privacy review and an updated notice.
Runtime data
Machine requests can have separate request, evidence, result, security, economic, and operational records needed to execute and verify a contract. The applicable runtime contract and documentation should describe that meaning.
Data minimization
Public-site collection should remain minimal. Secrets, private canonical schemas, key topology, internal scoring, and other private implementation detail are not public-site content.
Changes
If the project later forms a legal entity or materially changes its collection practices, this notice should be updated to identify the actual operator and current practices.
