Release 3 candidate economics are release metadata, not currently purchasable production offers.

These values describe the current governed Release 3 candidate. They do not override live runtime availability or make v3 purchasable.

## What payment does and does not mean

Current live paid settlement uses x402 on Base in USDC.

Payment authorization is economic evidence. It is not:
- caller identity;
- general execution permission;
- proof that a result satisfied the contract;
- authorization to retrieve a sensitive candidate result;
- settlement authority for every downstream decision.

For a specific live paid request, the quote/challenge remains the final economic authority.


## External economic observation — 2026-09-24 UTC

Fresh runtime readiness reports paid production services active. Current Agent Card indexing independently exposes the live v2 prices for Web Direct (`$0.008/request`) and Verify Standard (`$0.017/request`) plus x402 metadata. These observations corroborate—but do not replace—the runtime/OpenAPI/quote authority.

`siteborne.net` still states paid services are disabled by policy. That network-page statement is stale relative to current runtime readiness and is recorded as first-party propagation drift. Candidate Release 3 economics remain non-production-purchasable until runtime activation proves otherwise.
